Vehicle Conversions and Equipment Installation

Accepted Payment Methods

Lex System accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (BACS)

• Debit Card

• Credit Card (where available)

• Approved Business Finance Providers (where applicable and pre-agreed)

• Cash on Collection

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure a booking slot and order materials.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered, allocated or manufacturing has started.

Deposit amounts will be confirmed on your quotation or invoice.

 

Balance Payments

• Full balance payment must be received and cleared before the vehicle leaves the premises.

• Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received and confirmed.

Finance Payments (If Applicable)

Where finance is used:

• Finance must be approved before work is scheduled.

• Any delays in finance approval may delay build scheduling.

• The customer remains responsible for any costs not covered by finance agreements.

Late Payments

If payment is not made on completion:

• Vehicle release will be delayed until payment is cleared.

• Storage charges may apply if vehicles remain on site due to unpaid balances.

Pricing and VAT

All pricing will be clearly stated on quotations and invoices.

VAT will be charged at the current UK rate where applicable.

Payment Security

All payments are processed using secure payment methods.

Lex System does not store full card details.

Payment Agreement

By paying a deposit, confirming an order or delivering a vehicle for work, the customer agrees to Lex System payment terms.
