RETURNS POLICY

Vehicle Conversions and Installed Equipment

​

Custom Vehicle Conversions

​

All Lex System vehicle conversions are custom built to customer specification.

​

Due to the bespoke nature of conversion work, completed vehicle conversions are non-returnable and non-refundable once installation work has been completed.

​

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered, manufactured or allocated to the build.

If a customer chooses not to proceed after fabrication or installation has started, Lex System reserves the right to charge for:

  • Work completed

  • Parts ordered

  • Time allocated to the project

Installed Equipment and Components

​

Where standalone equipment or components are supplied as part of a conversion, manufacturer warranty terms will apply where available.

​

If standalone equipment is supplied but not installed by Lex System, returns may be accepted if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original packaging

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

​

Custom fabricated parts and made-to-order components are non-returnable.

​

Order Cancellations

​

If an order is cancelled before materials are ordered

  • Deposits may be refunded minus administration and design costs

​

If an order is cancelled after materials are ordered:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

​

If an order is cancelled after fabrication or installation work has started:

  • The customer may be liable for the full project cost

​

Vehicle Collection After Completion

Once a customer is notified that work is complete:

  • The vehicle must be collected within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing

Vehicles left beyond 24 hours:

  • Remain on site at the owner’s risk

Lex System is not responsible for:

  • Battery discharge

  • Environmental damage

  • Theft

  • Third-party damage once the collection window has passed

Storage charges may apply if vehicles are not collected within the agreed timeframe.

Refund Processing

Where refunds are approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

​

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider.

​

Statutory Rights

​

This policy does not affect statutory rights under UK consumer law where applicable.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order, paying a deposit or delivering a vehicle for work, the customer agrees to this returns policy.
