We offer a range of lining and flooring upgrades as optional finishes, installed prior to any system installation.
These upgrades enhance overall aesthetic, thermal performance and surface protection, creating a well-prepared foundation for the build.
Linings
Ply Lining
Many vans arrive with factory or aftermarket ply lining already installed. Where the existing ply lining is in good condition, it can be retained and integrated cleanly into the build, providing a durable and professional finish.
A sound ply-lined interior is also a prerequisite for carpet lining, ensuring a flat, stable surface and a high-quality end result.
If required, we can supply and install new ply lining prior to any further interior finishes or framework integration.

Aluminium Lining
For a more refined and lighter weight interior finish, we offer aluminium checker plate linings as an upgrade to standard ply. Aluminium provides a sleek, easy-clean surface that’s highly resistant to wear, making it an excellent choice for vans that see heavy use or need a more premium appearance.
For an elevated look and complete visual integration with the SR Framework, aluminium linings can be powder coated to match the framework finish. This creates a cohesive, premium aesthetic that complements the overall vehicle fit-out, however, it is a higher-cost option compared to standard finishes.

Flooring
Phenolic Plywood Flooring
Available in grey or black, it features a non-slip honeycomb surface texture that provides excellent grip while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. The phenolic finish offers strong resistance to moisture, abrasion and daily wear, delivering a flooring solution that performs well and looks good over the long term.

Rubber Checker Plate Flooring
Rubber checker plate flooring provides a durable, easy-clean surface and is the most cost-effective flooring option available within our range.
Despite being the most economical choice, it delivers a clean, professional finish and offers excellent resistance to daily wear, moisture and impact — making it well suited to working commercial vehicles.

Carpet & Insulation
Carpet Lining
Carpet lining provides a premium, professional interior finish, transforming the look and feel. Commonly used in higher-end conversions, it delivers both visual appeal and practical benefits.
The automotive-grade carpet helps reduce noise and improve thermal insulation, creating a quieter, more comfortable working environment. It also protects the vehicle’s interior panels while giving a clean, cohesive appearance that reflects positively on your brand.
Carpet lining is typically installed over an existing ply-lined interior to ensure a flat, durable base and a high-quality finish.

Insulation
Insulation helps regulate temperature inside the vehicle, protecting your equipment over night during winter.
Proper insulation also helps minimise condensation, protecting the interior and contributing to a cleaner, more refined finish once the lining is installed.
