SERVICING AND AFTERCARE POLICY

Our Commitment

Lex System is committed to supporting customers after installation to help ensure systems continue to operate safely, reliably and efficiently.

Recommended Servicing

To maintain performance and reliability, we recommend regular checks of installed systems including:

  • Mounting points and fixings

  • Hose reels and moving components

  • Electrical connections where applicable

  • Pumps and pressure systems (where fitted)

  • Tanks, brackets and load securing components

Service intervals may vary depending on usage and operating environment.

Servicing of Supplied Equipment and Parts

Parts and equipment supplied by Lex System from trusted manufacturers and suppliers must be serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and service schedules.

Where applicable, customers may be connected with trusted local service partners or authorised service providers to carry out servicing, maintenance and repair work.

Service work carried out by trusted partners is subject to their own service terms and warranty conditions.

Customer Maintenance Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Routine visual inspections

  • Safe operation of installed systems

  • Regular cleaning of equipment

  • Following manufacturer maintenance schedules

Failure to maintain equipment correctly may affect warranty claims.

Warranty Support

Lex System will support customers with warranty queries relating to installation workmanship and supplied equipment.

Where equipment is supplied from third party manufacturers, warranty claims may be handled directly with the manufacturer or through Lex System depending on the supplier agreement.

Servicing Work

Servicing and repair work can be carried out by Lex System subject to booking availability.

Servicing may include:

  • System inspection

  • Replacement of worn components

Unauthorised Modifications

Lex System is not responsible for faults, failures or safety issues caused by:

  • Unauthorised modifications

  • Incorrect installation by third parties

  • Overloading or misuse of equipment

  • Use outside intended commercial application

Wear and Tear

Commercial vehicle systems are subject to normal wear and tear.

Items such as hoses, seals, bearings and moving components may require periodic replacement depending on usage.

Emergency Repairs

Where possible, Lex System will aim to support customers requiring urgent repair work, however response times cannot be guaranteed.

Aftercare Support

Customers can contact Lex System for:

  • Technical support

  • Replacement parts

  • Upgrade advice

  • Additional equipment integration

System Upgrades and Expansion

Many Lex System installations are designed to be modular and upgradeable.

Customers can contact us to discuss future system upgrades or layout changes as operational requirements change.

Service Booking

Servicing and repair work is subject to workshop availability and booking confirmation.

Policy Acceptance

By purchasing a Lex System conversion or installation, the customer agrees to this servicing and aftercare policy.
